You've all seen them: people who park in the handicapped spaces even though they shouldn't. It bugs the heck out of me, and I'm not even handicapped. So what's a person to do? I mean, they're just there in their car... but what if they were in a tank :>? (yes, it's a little silly here inside my head).

Mostly done in Lightwave, but with a lot of touch-up in photoshop (mainly the shattered glass). The tank was done for a rescue vehicle contest.
